Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. The device must be in its original condition. Email hello@trustputt.com to start a return — we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only (at this time). Orders ship within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of shipping, contact us and we will make it right — no questions asked.
